ONESAILS Palma loft is seeking a skilled boatbuilder to join our close‑knit team. You will work on refit projects, new part manufacture, and R&D for rigging, sail making and composite applications.

You will need practical boatbuilding know‑how, hands‑on resin knowledge, and the ability to work independently or with others. We offer a modern, eco‑friendly workspace near central Palma, with competitive pay and health and life insurance options.

Formación

• Practical-minded and motivated with good understanding of boatbuilding and composite part manufacture.
• Well-versed in all resin systems and varying foams/core materials.
• Experience in pre-preg is nice to have.
• No allergies to resins or fibres.
• Proof of legal right to work in Spain.
• Driving licence.
• Flexible schedule; hours based on business needs.

The ONESAILS Palma loft offers a great working environment.

Primary Purpose

To carry out refit, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making and composite applications.

• Work on refit projects, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making, and composite applications.
• Effective multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail.
