Job summary

MANCON, LLC in Rota, Spain supports ATAC Hub by delivering DLR material services including handling, disposition and shipment. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday in a warehouse setting and requires US citizenship.

Forklift operation and lifting up to 40 lbs are part of daily duties, with data entry and shipment preparation managed in ERMS. The job entails coordinating with customers, performing inspections and packaging per NAVSUP guidelines, and occasional local truck duties

Qualifications

Must be a US citizen.
Cannot be a permanent resident of Spain.
Must have obtained a High School diploma or GED.
Four years of logistical experience with at least two years in a Navy/Marine Corps environment.
Valid Authorized Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and technical support to facilitate operational requirements.
Research and collect data for quality and performance studies related to customer issues.
Serve as liaison with customers to resolve issues and review procedures.
Receive, document, and ship DLR material, and prepare for shipment.
Operate forklift and use material handling equipment as needed.
Enter receipt/shipping data into ATAC/ERMS databases within required timelines.
Perform material identification, packaging, and create shipping documentation.
Drive a 2-½ ton truck to pickup DLR items within a 50-mile radius.
Respond to inquiries and discrepancies, and support Hazardous Certification as required.
