Job summary

Vanderlande Service maintains and optimizes a significant portion of the material handling system for parcels and Amazon. You will collaborate with Global Service Desk and engineers at other locations, and with customers to drive improvements.

The role requires a master’s degree in logistics or industrial engineering, 3+ years in a similar role, proficiency in Excel and analytics, and willingness to travel across Europe. English at B2 level is expected.

Qualifications

• Master degree in logistics, supply chain or industrial engineering.
• Affinity with technical and logistical environments.
• Minimum 3+ years in a similar role.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in databases and data analytics tools.
• Good proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar tools.
• Focus on continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse technical and operational teams.
• B2 level English.
• Willingness to travel to other sites in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Execute process optimizations for automated logistics solutions.
• Measure and report customer process performance using system data.
• Analyze performance and propose technical or operational improvements.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis for complex system errors and improvement studies.
• Develop dashboards and tools to measure and monitor system and process performance.
• Test and implement improvements; build a network with service teams and customers.
