Job summary

Vanderlande Industries B.V. seeks a Process Engineer to optimize automated logistics solutions. You will measure customer process performance, analyze data, and propose improvements across technical and operational domains.

Collaborating with service teams and clients, you’ll develop dashboards, conduct root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with multiple technical and operational groups across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills and data analytics tooling.
• Good proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute process optimizations related to automated logistics solutions.
• Measure and report performance of customer processes.
• Analyze performance using system-generated data and identify improvements.
• Propose technical (equipment/ software) and operational changes.
• Coordinate root-cause analyses and continuous improvement studies.
• Develop dashboards and monitoring tools to track system and process performance.
• Test and implement improvements; collaborate with service team and client.
