Bambaw, a pioneering zero-waste brand, is committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainable living through eco-conscious products. We are looking for a Logistics Operator to support the execution of our supply chain processes. You will be responsible for handling transfers, monitoring Amazon logistics, and maintaining shipment records while ensuring smooth communication with our logistics partners.

Key responsibilities :

Logistics Execution (30%)

1. Execute and track transfers and shipments, ensuring timely movement of goods.
2. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and warehouses to optimize shipment efficiency and compliance.
3. Track all shipments and ensure accurate documentation are storage and shared with stakeholders needing them.

Amazon Logistics Monitoring (30%)

1. Oversee inbound shipments to Amazon, ensuring timely arrivals.
2. Input tracking numbers into Amazon’s system and create support tickets for shipment delays or discrepancies.
3. Monitor inventory levels and inbound performance.

Supply Chain Administration (20%)

1. Maintain accurate shipment and stock data in ERP systems and structured databases.
2. Handle logistics-related communications and reporting.
3. Provide weekly reports on logistics performance.

Operational Support (20%)

1. Assist in process optimization and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
2. Work collaboratively with the Logistics Operations Coordinator to refine logistics workflows.
3. Maintain and update ERP systems, ensuring the accuracy and correctness of all logistics data.

What we are looking for :

1. 2+ years of experience in logistics in Amazon FBA & supply chain
2. A degree or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of global logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
5. Attention to detail and ability to track multiple shipments effectively.
6. Proficiency in English and French is required.
