We are seeking a CMO to lead and scale our global marketing efforts as we continue our rapid growth in the SaaS industry. Based in Madrid, this role will be instrumental in building and executing a strategic marketing plan, enhancing brand awareness, driving demand generation, and expanding our presence across international markets. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, brand management, product marketing, content strategy, growth marketing, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to support business growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Scale and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Oversee demand generation and performance marketing, driving pipeline growth through inbound and outbound marketing channels.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all global markets.
  • Optimize digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, ABM, etc.) to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with Product and Sales teams to effectively communicate value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute a content and thought leadership strategy to establish the company as a category leader.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and marketing analytics to track performance, measure effectiveness, and optimize campaigns.
  • Drive international expansion by identifying key market opportunities and tailoring marketing strategies to regional needs.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong background in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing teams and executing global marketing strategies in high-growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, and performance marketing.
  • Experience in brand positioning, storytelling, and product marketing within SaaS.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience in international marketing and expansion, with knowledge of global market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
