What will your mission be?

You will manage logistics for the EU division: imports, exports, and intra-Europe shipments. Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling the entire order process, including truck and sea transports.
  • Managing documents and compliance.
  • Issuing and verifying transport and cargo documents.
  • Coordinating with shipping agents and freight carriers.
  • Planning and benchmarking transportation routes.
  • Communicating directly with international customers, suppliers, and carriers.
  • Monitoring delivery schedules, data entry, and system updates.
  • Managing stock levels, intercompany transfers, and bonded stocks.
  • Managing samples and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
  • Coordinating customs clearance, VAT, and duties with agents.
  • Applying Incoterms and understanding associated risks.
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects like tolling, repacking, system migration, and REACH compliance.

What do we need from you?

  • Excellent English skills are essential.
  • Additional languages, such as Spanish, are beneficial.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with prioritization skills, proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Previous logistics experience, preferably in specialty metals and chemicals, with a willingness to learn.
  • At least 2 years of professional logistics experience.
  • Motivated, challenge-loving, and eager to learn individuals from diverse backgrounds.
