Giesecke+Devrient is seeking a Logistics Manager for our Barcelona team to ensure products are available at the right time by translating market demand into replenishment actions and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

You will manage global demand signals, monitor inventory across the network, and coordinate replenishment with multiple stakeholders to safeguard product availability and service levels while supporting efficiency and cost goals.

Formación

• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Ability to translate demand into replenishment actions.
• Experience with inventory planning and replenishment processes.
• Familiarity with IoT connectivity and logistics functions is a plus.
• Previous input file or data management experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a global overview of product demand, inventory status, and replenishment priorities.
• Identify stock shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Operations to align demand with supply.
• Develop and maintain reporting and KPIs related to inventory performance and replenishment effectiveness.
• Support strategic inventory planning to achieve service levels while optimizing working capital.

At G+D Mobile Security, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team in Barcelona.

Job Summary

To ensure the right products are available at the right time by translating market demand into replenishment actions, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and providing a global view of supply and demand across the product portfolio.

Accountabilities

• Act as the key interface between Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Operations to align demand with supply.
• Consolidate and assess global demand signals from Product Management and Sales teams.
• Monitor inventory levels across the global network and ensure appropriate stock availability.
• Manage the EMEA Input file creation process and maintain IMSI range stocks
• Identify replenishment requirements based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and stock consumption.
• Define, maintain, and optimize lot-sizing parameters to balance service levels, inventory costs, and operational efficiency.
• Trigger and coordinate replenishment and purchasing requests with Customer Operations and Procurement teams.

Responsabilities

• Develop and maintain reporting and KPIs related to inventory performance, product availability, and replenishment effectiveness.
• Support strategic inventory planning to achieve targeted customer service levels while optimizing working capital.

• Solid understanding of IoT Connectivity and Logistic functions
• Experience of working with a range of telecoms technologies
• Previous Input file experience an advantage
