Job summary

The role focuses on controlling inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating documentation, and ensuring accurate client program data in the ERP system, with opportunities to participate in audits and improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Additional SCM training or certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistical processes to ensure efficiency and measurable results.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environment and prevention policies.
• Oversee reception and entry of customer programs in the ERP system, including quantities and dates.
• Coordinate documentation for freight notices, shipments, and customer communications.
• Ensure adherence to client-specific procedures (web pages, Darwin, auto link, etc.).
• Guarantee correct expedition to final customers and manage packaging.
• Participate in client audits and monitor delivery performance and urgent transports.
• Prepare department forecasts.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
