Job summary

Freudenberg Spain is seeking an accounting administrator to handle invoice processing, posting receipts, and managing the order-to-cash cycle. The role involves registering self-invoicing, posting credit notes and invoices for tax reporting, uploading bank statements, and resolving pricing discrepancies with multiple departments.

You will receive payment advices and book payments from customers, while chasing overdue invoices and aging receivables.

Qualifications

• Technical School degree (accountancy and administration)

Responsibilities

• Register of self-invoicing and resolution of complaints.
• Posts credit notes to neutralize internal sales and posts invoices to report to the SII and checks information sent to the Tax Agency.
• Load files with bank statements.
• Register of 'other services' like urgent transports, scrap, etc.
• Solve discrepancies between price and quantity pricing system and self-invoices with departments involved.
• Receive payment advices, notes and any payment document.
• To book payment received from customers.
• Claim overdue invoices to the customers.
• Obtain payment notices unidentified collections
• Identify differences on receivables and follow the process via aging
• Audit and ensure compliance with internal control processes 'Order to Cash' and 'revenue and receivables'
