Job summary

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions Iberica S.L.U. is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to uphold planned maintenance on equipment and lead continuous improvement within the department. You will train staff, ensure accurate maintenance records, and conduct root cause analyses to prevent downtime.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 5+ years in a maintenance or technical related role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture.
• Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation systems.
• Some experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Basic math skills and good use of logic.
