About the job

As a graduate trainee at GXO you will start a 2-year adventure together with a group of fellow trainees. You will work at one of our sites in Spain with a hands-on team that best suits your interests, potential and ambitions. Think for example of a role as Team lead in our operations, Engineer on a large site or managing impactful projects at site. Whatever your choice, we guarantee you that you will develop yourself into a true professional at lightning speed and have a great year!

In addition to your daily tasks, you will be immersed in a curriculum of leadership training, Operational Excellence, time management and many more. With on-the-job experiences and mentoring, you'll undergo rapid personal development, ensuring a transformative journey.

And after this 2 years? First, we will celebrate together that you have successfully completed the traineeship. Then, together with you, we will look at the different options within GXO to take the next step in your career. Your manager, mentor and HR will guide you in making the choice that suits you best.
