Our company, currently undergoing a growth process, needs to add a Logistics Executive Technician to our Logistics department to ensure proper logistical operations in the machine shipping cycle, guaranteeing the shipment process.

your role will be :

• Pre-shipment Machine Management : Requesting transport quotes and negotiating prices. Contracting transport services and coordinating with other departments. Measuring equipment with the supplier and coordinating packing dates. Contacting the customer to inform them of reception dates and unloading instructions. Coordinating and managing insurance as well as documentation for Foreign Trade Authorities.
• Machine Shipment : Preparing documentation for machine shipment, coordinating and managing the shipment to the customer or destruction of surplus material and / or products. Validating invoices for the Accounting Department.
• Tracking and Monitoring : Following up and controlling with couriers and freight forwarders. Requesting quotes from the packaging supplier.
• Materials Importation : Requesting necessary documentation from the client for the confirmed shipment. Preparing and sending documentation to Customs. Managing internal logistics for samples (notification, coding, storage, and movement). Managing the Import Sample Record Book.
