A leading logistics provider is seeking a Logistics/Solutions Engineer to design and optimize logistics solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and manage timelines and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in solution design, is fluent in English and Spanish, and possesses strong Excel and CAD skills. This role offers remote work opportunities with frequent travel.

I’m currently partnering with a global 3PL business that’s expanding its solution design team and looking to hire a talented Logistics/Solutions Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class logistics provider, working across international projects to develop innovative, high-impact solutions for major clients.

The Role:

? Design and optimise contract logistics solutions for RFQs, renewals, and scope changes

? Lead resource planning, cost modelling, pricing, and layout development

? Create visual process flows and warehouse designs (AutoCAD/Visio)

? Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Ops, IT, Finance)



and present directly to customers

? Own timelines, supplier coordination, and technical accuracy across projects

The Ideal Profile:

3–5 years' experience in solution design or contract logistics

Strong commercial mindset and advanced Excel/CAD skills (VBA a plus)

Fluent in English & Spanish (Additional languages are a bonus)

Open to travel and working across multiple sites and teams
