Lear in Spain seeks a Senior Customer Service Leader to drive service delivery for automotive clients. You will manage key customer relationships, oversee orders from receipt to delivery, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Quality, Finance, and Sales to ensure performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Account Management.
  • 3+ years leading and developing teams in a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Experience within the automotive industry and familiarity with customer requirements and service standards.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead customer service operations and ensure delivery, quality, and service performance meet requirements.
  • Manage relationships with key customers as the primary contact for service matters.
  • Address customer concerns, escalations, and service issues while managing expectations.
  • Oversee customer orders from receipt through delivery and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate demand changes with production planning and logistics to support customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, support program launches, and manage engineering changes.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Customer Service team by setting objectives, monitoring KPIs, and supporting growth.
  • Monitor service performance metrics, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will lead customer service operations for automotive clients, ensuring delivery, quality, and service performance. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Quality, Finance, and Sales to deliver service excellence. You will manage key customer relationships and oversee orders from receipt to delivery, addressing escalations and coordinating demand changes. You will develop the CS team, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
