Canadian Solar MSS IBERIA, S.L. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Madrid team.

This role supports an international logistics function, coordinating inbound and outbound activities, ensuring timely order processing, and driving process improvements across the supply chain. The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field, at least two years of logistics experience, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and SAP ERP are a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in working with SAP ERP system is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct contact person for logistics topics (for assigned Sales Managers) from inbound to outbound (final delivery to customer)
• Coordination with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
• Actively support in the improvement of operational processes (incl. projects automatization / digitalization)
• Creation of freight orders to selected forwarders/carriers
• Pro-actively ensuring transport of daily deliveries (monitoring and communication both internal and external parties) – managing agreed delivery plans and required changes
• Contact person for forwarder/3PL regarding transport status, delivery confirmations and delays
• Evaluate and report on KPIs (transportation and warehousing)
• Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to find bottlenecks and improvement areas

For our Logistics Department, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our team in Madrid. This is an international and dynamic team, with a key role in Logistics in EMEA.

Main responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus
• Experience in working with SAP ERP system is a plus
