A logistics and operations company is looking for a Logistic & Operations Coordinator to handle logistics, procurement, and equipment management across projects in Spain. The role requires fluent Spanish for daily communications and involves coordinating logistics activities, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment. Ideal candidates will have experience in industrial or construction environments and strong organizational skills. This position is critical for ensuring that operations run smoothly on site.

Formación

• Experience working with suppliers, transport, or material/equipment coordination.
• Exposure to industrial, construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with equipment or machinery tracking / asset management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate logistics activities, including transport arrangements and shipment tracking.
• Manage supplier communication, request quotations, and follow up on purchase orders.
• Track and manage plant, equipment, and tools, ensuring timely availability.

About the Role

We are looking for an Logistic & Operations Coordinator to support logistics, procurement, and equipment management across our industrial projects.

This is not a general administrative role. The position is closely connected to site operations, suppliers, and material flow, ensuring that equipment and materials are available where and when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities, including transport arrangements and shipment tracking
• Manage supplier communication, request quotations, and follow up on purchase orders
• Track and manage plant, equipment, and tools (allocation, return, maintenance schedules)
• Liaise with rental companies for machinery and project equipment needs
• Support project and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and equipment records in internal systems
• Prepare and manage operational documentation related to logistics and procurement
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, project managers)

Requirements

Mandatory

• Experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, or project coordination
• Exposure to industrial, construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments
• Experience working with suppliers, transport, or material/equipment coordination
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows
• Fluent Spanish (native) – required for daily communication with local suppliers and teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with equipment or machinery tracking / asset management
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience supporting site-based or project environments

Other

• Intermediate level of English (advanced would be an advantage)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
