Job summary

IDOM in Spain is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Project Manager for our offices in Barcelona, Bilbao, or Madrid. You will join a consulting team focused on Operations and Logistics and lead pivotal supply chain projects across strategy, design, and optimization.

You will work with top-tier clients in consumer goods and other sectors, developing as a Project Manager on supply chain initiatives in an international, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in consulting/advisory.
• Experience in logistics, consulting, logistics operations, or logistics department.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build trust with senior clients.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects.
• Teamwork skills; independence and an innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Join a consulting team specializing in Operations and Logistics.
• Lead logistics and supply chain projects from strategy to implementation.
• Design distribution networks, optimize intralogistics, and model operations.
• Lead intralogistics projects for facility automation or operational improvements.
• Implement advanced IT solutions for supply chain management.

ABOUT THE JOB

At IDOM, we are looking to hire a Logistics and Supply Chain Project Manager for our offices in Bilbao, Madrid, or Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

• Join a consulting team specializing in Operations and Logistics.
• Supply Chain projects ranging from strategic definition, design of logistics distribution networks, operational improvement, facility design, intra-logistics automation, modeling and optimization using advanced systems, and design of operational indicators, among others.
• Logistics distribution optimization projects using technological solutions for logistics modeling.
• Leading intralogistics projects for facility automation or operational improvements in high-performance distribution centers.
• Implementation of advanced IT solutions for supply chain management and optimization.
• Intralogistics design for the development of new facilities or the automation of logistics processes.
• Work with top-tier national and international client companies in the consumer goods, distribution, capital goods, and other sectors.
• Integration into a dynamic team with real opportunities for professional growth.
• Development as a Project Manager on supply chain projects.
