Job summary

IDOM in Bilbao is seeking a Junior Corporate Administration Specialist to support the Corporate Administration department on cross-functional projects. You will join a multidisciplinary team and help develop a broad understanding of various businesses within a flexible, trusting environment.

You will gain experience in SAP-related finance/admin projects, perform data collection/validation for corporate analysis, and use advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation and enhancement projects (finance and/or administration).
• Assisted with internal or external audit tasks and supported data collection, validation, and processing for corporate analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with analytical reviews, basic controls, and financial/administrative data analysis.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate technical rigour.
• Work independently with an innovative mindset.
• Advanced English; a second language (French or German) is advantageous.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• You have assisted with internal or external audit tasks and supported the collection, validation, and processing of data for corporate analysis.

• You have advanced English. A second language, either French or German, would be an advantage.
