Cencora is seeking a logistics coordinator for a full-time position in Madrid. The role involves managing shipments from collection to delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations. Candidates must be proficient in English and Spanish, possess knowledge of the logistics industry, and be flexible regarding their schedule.

Functions:

1. Responsible for the smooth execution of each shipment from collection to delivery.
2. Ensure shipments are sent via the most secure, rapid, and efficient methods.
3. Coordinate detailed pre-planning to ensure shipments run smoothly.
4. Have full knowledge of how to use internal computer systems including TMS, DASH, Descartes, ColdStream, Select, SharePoints, etc.
5. Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments, reacting to any deviations from the plan.
6. Schedule pickups and deliveries, and assign drivers in coordination with dispatchers.
7. Follow up on clearance progress and POD details.
8. Run reports and update activities in TMS.
9. Communicate temperature results promptly after delivery, noting any deviations.
10. Coordinate import/export clearance processes with the brokerage department.
11. Prepare paperwork for export shipments.
12. Contact airlines and handlers to make bookings and emit AWB.
13. Work in accordance with regulations (ADR, DGR, IATA) as well as local laws and guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
2. Knowledge of the logistics industry.
3. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and World.
4. Flexible attitude for working shifts and last-minute coverage.
5. Able to prioritize workload, which may change throughout the day.
6. Availability to work on weekends and bank holidays.
