Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities include:

1. Liaising with and assisting the logistics manager to coordinate onsite logistics operations.
2. Deputising for the logistics manager during rotations.
3. Supervising and coordinating onsite logistics labor, including maintaining roadways & walkways, coordinating with trade partners, lifting operations, cleaning activities, and traffic marshalling.
4. Managing Dornan's plant and assets onsite.
5. Ensuring provisions of materials and consumables for site use.
6. Attending DABS and coordination meetings representing Dornan.
7. Ensuring safe and correct handling of all materials.
8. Managing deliveries and coordinating via the online system.
9. Managing lifting operations and coordinating lifting activities via the online system.
10. Updating DWGs weekly to highlight safety systems, access/egress, and site evolution.

Experience Required:

1. 10+ years in a similar role.
2. Experience with receiving goods and documentation.
3. Excellent IT and communication skills.
