Position: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to assist the logistics manager in coordinating site logistics operations. The role involves deputising for the logistics manager during rotations and supervising logistics labor on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with the logistics manager to coordinate operations on site.
  2. Deputising for the logistics manager during rotation periods.
  3. Supervising logistics labor, including maintaining roadways and walkways, coordinating with trade partners, lifting operations, cleaning activities, and traffic marshalling.
  4. Managing Dornan's plant and assets onsite.
  5. Ensuring the availability of materials and consumables for site use.
  6. Representing Dornan at DABS and coordination meetings.
  7. Ensuring safe and proper handling of all materials.
  8. Managing deliveries and coordinating via the online system.
  9. Overseeing lifting operations and coordinating lifting activities via the online system.
  10. Updating DWGs weekly to highlight safety systems, access/egress, and site evolution.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in receiving goods and documentation.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills.
