We are looking for a Demand Planner to lead the demand process for Iberia, Spain & Portugal in Specialty and Grocery Channels. Creating collaborative relationships across sales, marketing, and supply chain organizations is critical to the success of this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and shape demand for all SKUs using SAP IBP for demand.
• Calculate a baseline forecast based on statistical models and cleansed historical data.
• Add relevant information from commercial areas, market plans, promotions, and customer trends to the baseline forecast.
• Support the commercial team regarding sales evolution and forecast perspectives, proactively helping market teams identify gaps and opportunities.
• Link the commercial team with logistics and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of Excel and English.
• Knowledge of planning software such as APO, IBP is an asset.
• Knowledge of R, Python, or data analytics is an asset.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles.
