Loewe seeks an experienced Logistics Manager in Barcelona to implement transportation strategies and oversee logistics operations. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, promote optimization, and manage key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with Loewe standards. The role demands strong organizational skills and experience in fast-paced logistics environments.

Formación

• More than 3 years of experience in logistics, ideally in consumer goods.
• Organized with demonstrated efficiency in logistics.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Loewe transportation strategy and allocate vendors/suppliers.
• Monitor logistics procedures and ensure compliance with Loewe standards.
• Pilot new Transport Management System project.

Job mission and Key function

Implement Loewe transportation strategy

• Allocate transport companies to vendors / suppliers according to LOEWE transport strategy
• Monitor balance of activity between.

Overview transport operations

• Provide visibility of transport to all teams
• Promote the use of existing TMS with current partners (Suppliers, external warehouses, QC center) and internal team (Warehouse, Loewe Buyers and planners)
• Overview operations and ensure that all going well
• Track late deliveries anomalies
• Monitor Transportation KPIS (Cost / item, leadtime, On Time deliveries, etc…)

Logistics procedures for ready to wear

• Define all logistics procedures for RTW for suppliers, Transport companies and LOEWE services according to LOEWE Logistic standards
• Optimize transport and ensure quality of products
• Follow-up application of procedure
• Ensure compliance of transport according to LOEWE standard including security

TMS Project

• Pilot New TMS Project for RTW, from definition of the solution to full implementation, in relation with IT and Logistic team.

Communication

• Communicate internally with planners, material buyers, Warehouse, quality team
• Communicate externally with Manufacturers, suppliers, external warehouse, transport companies

Continuous improvement

• Manage Key performance indicators at supplier level / Transport company
• Analyse incident reports and create action plan to reach objectives
• Analyse issues and gaps between current process and tools and LOEWE’s needs.
• Propose solutions and participation to implementation of the new processes or tools

Experience, Soft & Technical Skills and Language required

Total number of years of experience, years in same position

• >3 years of experience in Logistics, ideally consumer goods
• Organized with a demonstrated efficiency in Logistics
• Able to adapt in a fast paced environment

Academic Background

• Logistic academic background (engineer or master degree in logistics / supply chain)

Languages required

• Spanish
• English
• Italian is a plus

Skills

• Knowledge of ERP
• Experienced the use and implementation of TMS (Transport Management system)
• Strong affinity with computer systems and innovative solutions
• Good knowledge of Excel
