Formación

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in car rental, tourism, or a related field.
• Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
• Fluency in the local language in addition to English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and establish the location, collaborating with central departments.
• Implement existing standards and contribute to process optimization.
• Maintain communication with international teams for ongoing improvements.
• Motivate and lead the on-site team, overseeing onboarding and task planning.
• Control building your team and manage recruitment.
• Oversee local vehicle fleet management and maintenance.
• Advise customers on products and ensure satisfaction.
