This full-time role combines leadership with hands-on guiding in outdoor activities like canyoning and hiking. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, leadership experience, and fluency in both English and Spanish. Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a guide or team leader in tourism or outdoor adventure.
• Knowledge of, or strong interest in, basic business operations.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead safe, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for guests.
• Support, motivate, and manage instructors and seasonal staff.
• Assist with daily planning, logistics, and communication between management and guides.
• Make operational decisions that optimize costs, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
