Descripción del empleo

At Rheinschrift, we don’t simply translate words; we help global companies speak the language of success. As one of Germany’s leading translation service providers, we work with some of the world’s biggest players. Our mission is to guide clients through the complex world of localization with precision, insight, and reliability.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a meticulous, proactive Localization Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. If you have an eye for detail, outstanding communication skills in English, and the ability to turn client instructions into perfectly executed projects, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do :

  • Master client instructions : You’ll read and fully understand project guidelines, ensuring every requirement is met to perfection.
  • Be the communication bridge : You’ll communicate clearly and confidently in English with clients, freelancers, and team members across time zones, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Own the project lifecycle : From initial scoping to final delivery, you’ll manage localization projects, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets stay on track.
  • Solve problems before they happen : You’ll identify potential risks early, troubleshoot any issues, and provide smart solutions that keep projects running smoothly.
  • Build lasting relationships : You’ll foster trust with clients, freelance linguists, and internal teams, becoming their go-to person for all things localization.
  • Keep improving : You’ll lead feedback-driven trainings and meetings with linguistic teams to continuously optimize processes and outcomes.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us : At Rheinschrift, every day brings new challenges, but it’s our creative, supportive, and innovative team that makes the work truly rewarding. We don’t just value results—we value people. You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to the table, take ownership of your work, and grow in a company that’s as committed to your success as you are.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Excellent English communication skills : Both written and spoken, because understanding and acting on client instructions is key to success in this role.
  • Experience in localization project management : You’ve done this before, and you know what it takes to deliver high-quality work. (Junior candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply! We believe in potential and we’ll provide the support and training needed to help you grow into the role)
  • Tech-savvy : You’re comfortable with TMS and CAT tools, and you know how to make technology work for you.
  • Organized and detail-oriented : You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball and always meet deadlines.
  • A team player : You enjoy working with others to achieve a common goal, and you’re not afraid to take the lead when needed.
  • Creative problem solver : You can think on your feet and find solutions that keep clients happy and projects on track.

Bonus Points If :

  • You speak German (B2 or higher).
  • You’re up-to-date with industry trends and love experimenting with new technologies.
  • You’ve worked with challenging client requests and know how to make “impossible” happen.

What We Offer :

  • A dynamic, long-term position in a fast-growing company.
  • A team of fun-loving, supportive colleagues who are passionate about what they do.
  • Opportunities to grow and take on new challenges.
  • A work environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
