Airbus in Madrid is seeking an entry-level Supplier Management professional to support procurement activities and external supplier relations. You will place purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and help ensure on-time, on-cost, and quality performance across projects.

Responsibilities include contract execution, supplier risk assessment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain supply chain integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong negotiation skills.
• Good learning ability and rigorous work ethic.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsabilidades

• Establish procurement activities for products/packages/suppliers and ensure best purchasing conditions.
• Manage contract execution to meet On Quality On Time On Cost (OQOTOC).
• Monitor supplier activities and overall supplier status.
• Implement recovery and improvement plans to secure delivery.
• Coordinate interfaces among stakeholders in supplier operations management.
• Oversee day-to-day supplier management and deliverables.
• Contribute to supplier evaluations and mitigation actions.
• Support Export Control tasks within the Supply Chain.
