EU - Spain : Marketing Manager

About the role :

STERRY Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager for Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Italy) in a remote setup. The role requires managing diverse markets and working across cultures, with key qualifications and skills outlined below.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Master’s degree in International or Digital Marketing is a plus
• Proven experience in digital marketing management, especially in international or European markets
• Experience with remote teams and multi-channel campaigns
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly advantageous
• Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, SEM, content, social media, analytics, and automation tools
• Deep understanding of local consumer behaviors and regulations like GDPR
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for remote team management
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills for campaign optimization
• Ability to work across time zones and adapt strategies dynamically
• Experience in client relationship management and reporting
• Familiarity with CRM and ad platforms like Salesforce, Google Ads, Facebook Ads

Other Qualifications :

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and B2B/ABM strategies is beneficial
• Existing network of local partners or influencers is a plus
