About the role:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to focus on European markets, especially Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, in a remote setup. The role requires managing diverse markets and working across various cultures.

Qualifications:
  1. Educational Background
  2. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  3. Master’s degree (optional) in International Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus
  4. Experience
  5. Proven experience in marketing management within a digital marketing agency environment
  6. Experience in international markets, particularly in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, or Europe, with an understanding of cultural nuances
  7. Experience working remotely or in distributed teams
  8. Successful campaign management across various marketing channels in the European context
  9. Project management skills for multi-channel, multi-market campaigns
  10. Language Skills
  11. Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly advantageous
  12. Understanding of local marketing and consumer trends in target countries
  13. Technical & Digital Marketing Skills
  14. Expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), content marketing, social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing
  15. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  16. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau)
  17. Content creation and strategy skills tailored to European markets
