About the role:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to focus on European markets, especially Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, in a remote setup. The role requires managing diverse markets and working across various cultures.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Master’s degree (optional) in International Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus
- Experience
- Proven experience in marketing management within a digital marketing agency environment
- Experience in international markets, particularly in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, or Europe, with an understanding of cultural nuances
- Experience working remotely or in distributed teams
- Successful campaign management across various marketing channels in the European context
- Project management skills for multi-channel, multi-market campaigns
- Language Skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly advantageous
- Understanding of local marketing and consumer trends in target countries
- Technical & Digital Marketing Skills
- Expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), content marketing, social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau)
- Content creation and strategy skills tailored to European markets
- Cultural Understanding
- Deep knowledge of consumer behavior and cultural nuances in Germany, France, Spain, Italy
