EU - Spain: Marketing Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager focusing on European markets, particularly Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. This is a remote position requiring managing diverse markets and cultural nuances effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
   • Master’s degree in International Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus.
2. Experience:
   • Proven experience in digital marketing management, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
   • Experience with international markets and understanding cultural nuances in Germany, France, Spain, Italy.
   • Experience working remotely and managing multi-channel campaigns across multiple regions.
   • Successful track record in social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing within Europe.
3. Language Skills:
   • Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly advantageous.
4. Digital & Technical Skills:
   • Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, affiliate and influencer marketing.
   • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
5. Cultural & Regulatory Knowledge:
   • Understanding of local consumer behavior and GDPR compliance.
   • Ability to localize campaigns for specific European markets.
6. Leadership & Communication:
   • Excellent communication skills and remote team leadership abilities.
   • Experience in managing, inspiring, and mentoring teams remotely.
7. Strategic & Analytical Skills:
   • Ability to design marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
   • Strong data analysis skills to optimize campaigns and manage budgets.
8. Other Qualifications:
   • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento.
   • Understanding of B2B marketing and ABM strategies is a plus.
