EU - Spain : Marketing Manager

About the role :

STERRY Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager focusing on Europe (particularly Germany, France, Spain, and Italy) in a remote setup. The role requires managing diverse markets and working across various cultures, with key qualifications and skills essential for success.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience in digital marketing management, especially in international or European markets
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams
• Successful campaign management across multiple marketing channels within Europe
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
• Understanding of local consumer behaviors and regulations like GDPR in target countries
• Strong communication and leadership skills for remote team management
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills for campaign optimization
• Ability to work across time zones and adapt strategies dynamically
• Experience in client relationship management and reporting
• Proficiency with CRM and ad management platforms (Salesforce, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

Other Qualifications :

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
• Understanding of B2B marketing and ABM strategies
• Network of local partners or influencers in target markets is a plus
