About the role :
STERRY Limited is looking for a Marketing Manager focusing on Europe (particularly Germany, France, Spain, and Italy) in a remote setup. Several key qualifications and skills are essential to ensure success in managing diverse markets and working across various cultures.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing management, particularly in a digital marketing agency environment.
Fluency in English is essential as it’s the global business language.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency with digital marketing strategies and tools like SEO, SEM (Google Ads), content marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
Deep understanding of local consumer behavior in the target countries (Germany, France, Spain, Italy) and the ability to tailor strategies to each market's unique culture.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Strategic thinking: Ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Ability to work across different time zones, adapting to the needs of teams and clients in multiple regions.
Strong ability to build and manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive) to track client communications and sales activities.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges creatively.
