Formación

• 5-7 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos estratégicos.

To drive our strategic initiatives forward, we are seeking a Strategic Project Manager (SPM) to report directly to the CEO, overseeing the coordination, execution, and alignment of transversal projects across the organization, while also leading and managing key strategic projects to ensure their successful implementation and impact.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that all strategic projects are executed efficiently, aligning different departments with corporate goals, and providing high-level strategic support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic consulting background, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement: Identify and implement optimization strategies to enhance project efficiency and business impact.
• Oversee transversal projects: Ensure smooth execution and alignment of company-wide strategic initiatives by facilitating collaboration between departments.
• Support the CEO in decision-making: Gather, analyze, and present critical data to support executive decisions.
• Foster operational excellence: Implement best-in-class project management methodologies and tools to optimize execution.
• Ensure strategic alignment: Monitor and coordinate activities across teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and prioritization.
• Promote an Olympic mindset: Cultivate a high-performance culture with resilience, commitment, and a results-driven approach.
• Lead change management: Drive organizational transformation by enhancing communication, collaboration, and agility across functions.
• Monitor progress and impact: Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports to assess project success and business impact.
• Manage strategic confidential projects and coordinate business cases for them, e.g., expansion/synergy/acquisition projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Economics, or related fields. An MBA or certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly valued.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in strategic project management or business transformation roles. Mandatory experience in top-tier strategic consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, EY, etc.) or corporate strategy roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall). Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools (MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Languages: Fluent in English (C1 or more); additional languages are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
