Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) seeks a Loan Administrator / Credit Operations Specialist in Madrid. You will actively manage loan, property, and collateral data and support disbursements, amendments, and financing structures within SAP and SUMMIT environments.

The role requires a university degree in business or related fields, credit risk experience, real estate market knowledge, and fluent Spanish and English. Two remote days are offered in a flexible, inclusive setting.

Formación

• Completed university degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or comparable knowledge.
• Initial experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking.
• Basic knowledge of relevant real estate markets.
• Basic knowledge of complex financial structures.
• Very good knowledge of SAP with CML, CMS, BP, FI modules, and SUMMIT.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications Word and Excel.
• Fluent Spanish and English skills; additional Eastern European language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Active management of loan, property, and collateral data in the relevant systems.
• Support with loan disbursements, contract amendments, repayments, and financing structures implementation.
• Creation and processing of property developer and developer financing as well as loan accounting transactions.
• Preparation of customer correspondence and collateral/land register documents.
• Coordinate back office activities in Portfolio Management as part of Loan Management team.
• Participate in process/interface optimisation and regulatory tasks.
• Collaborate on projects.

Loan Administrator (m/f/d) / Credit Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Active management of loan, property, and collateral data in the relevant systems
• Support with loan disbursements, contract amendments, repayments, and implementation of financing structures in the relevant systems
• Creation and ongoing processing of property developer and developer financing as well as loan accounting transactions
• Preparation of customer correspondence as well as collateral and land register documents
• Close cooperation with other departments as a member of the Loan Management team to coordinate all back office activities in the Portfolio Management process
• Participation in process and interface optimisation as well as regulatory tasks
• Collaboration on projects

How to convince us

• Initial experience in credit risk management, preferably in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking
