Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG in Madrid is seeking an experienced Loan Manager to oversee loan applications, risk assessment, and client relationships for real estate financing. You will manage CP/CS/ICP processes, collateralization, and ongoing risk and portfolio monitoring.

We value project experience, market knowledge of real estate, and strong MS Office/SAP skills. English is required; German is a plus. This role sits in our Madrid Loan Management team and offers a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Completed university degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or comparable knowledge acquired through practical experience (e.g., banking apprenticeship, banking specialist).
• Several years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking.
• Project experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the relevant real estate markets.
• In-depth knowledge of complex financial structures and risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of databases (SAP).
• Business fluent English; additional language skills, especially German, are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of simple to complex loan applications from a market perspective, including cash flow analyses and rating preparation, taking into account the bank's credit risk strategy within the deal team.
• Management of customer relationships in the context of new business and existing business.
• Responsibility for the CP, CS, ICP, and disbursement processes as well as for collateralization.
• Ongoing risk Monitoring and portfolio monitoring.
• Maintenance and quality assurance of all relevant process data in the systems.
• Collaboration on projects.
