Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.

What will you perform as Logistic Operator / Network Operator?

You will perform the day-to-day transport management process (e.g., shipment planning, execution control, Freight Bill & Audit support) using Lead Logistics Partner Solution 4PL route planning tools to organize transport requirements as advised by customer plants (mainly road transport). You are the first point of contact for supply chain partners for transport-related enquiries and work closely with them to implement and deliver integrated transportation solutions as part of Lead Logistics Partner Solution 4PL Supply Chain solutions.

Contribution and purpose

You will provide the link between the Lead Logistics Partner Solution 4PL, customer Logistics departments, nominated Suppliers and Carriers to establish customer requirements and assist in the daily resolution/implementation of operational requirements.

You will ensure inbound and outbound material and empty container returns flows are delivered within a predefined transport network, at the lowest and most efficient total logistics cost.

You will perform route execution controls, i.e., enquire and monitor shipment status for material and empty container flows including support for exception management and contingency planning.

You will perform the spot buy process in case expedited shipments are needed by the customer.

You will act as a tier 1 support for system-related queries and as an internal trainer for OTM users (OTM Superuser function).
