Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in transport & logistics environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, French or German is a plus.

What will you do as a Logistic Operator/Network Operator?

• Manage daily transport processes, including shipment planning, execution control, and Freight Bill & Audit support.
• Use Lead Logistics Partner Solution 4PL tools to organize transport requirements, mainly road transport, as advised by customer plants.
• Be the first point of contact for supply chain partners regarding transport inquiries and collaborate closely with them to implement and deliver integrated transportation solutions.

What is the purpose of your contribution?

• Establish a link between the Lead Logistics Partner Solution 4PL, customer logistics departments, suppliers, and carriers to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure inbound and outbound material and container flows are delivered efficiently within a predefined transport network.
• Monitor shipment status, manage exceptions, and support contingency planning.
• Handle spot buy processes for expedite shipments.
• Support system-related queries and train OTM users as a Superuser.

Required Skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for transportation issues.
• Ability to fulfill daily tasks under time pressure.
• Self-sufficient and team-oriented.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• At least 1 year of experience in transport & logistics environment.
• Fluent in French or German is an advantage.
