IT Analyst Role Purpose

To understand the Logistics Business from a technical and operational perspective for internal and external customers, acting as an IT consultant during project stages, analyzing and capturing business requirements, and supporting IT projects.

Responsibilities include testing application functionalities, training users, liaising with IT service providers, and supporting system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational functionality for the user community, providing out-of-hours support as needed.
• Perform system housekeeping and application support, acting as the first point of contact for system issues.
• Schedule and execute application management routines.
• Ensure compliance with DHL and customer policies.
• Define, create, and maintain IT documentation; deliver training to super users.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers and partners.

Job Requirements

Mandatory:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT role involving implementation, maintenance, or roll-out projects.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields.
• Availability for monthly travel within Europe (France).

Preferred:

• Fluency in French.
• Experience in logistics processes, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Knowledge of databases and web technologies (Oracle, SQL).
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks.
