The Job

Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing world-class customer service via pre-sales and sales live video calls, representing a leading computer printer manufacturer
• Being the "face" of the brand
• Creating engaging content for the website and social media platforms
• Handling inbound video calls from customers needing assistance with their purchasing process, both planned and unplanned
• Offering appropriate advice and closing sales whenever possible
• Delivering excellent customer service on each call
• Increasing sales conversion rates from inquiries to purchases
• Providing market insights and feedback
• Assisting with scriptwriting and translations
• Creating and presenting customer training content
• Supporting the contact center team by handling phone calls and chats
• Supporting filming tasks, which may include occasional out-of-office hours

The Profile

• Native German speaker, with at least C1 level of English proficiency
• Experience with technology, especially hardware; a passion for printers is a significant advantage
• Ability to present products effectively via video calls and answer customer queries efficiently
• Comfortable working on camera
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
• Friendly and engaging personality
• Comfortable in training and sales environments
• Ability to demonstrate products individually and in groups
• Personable and energetic
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on outstanding service
