The Role :

As a Business Development Executive at Accelerate, you will become a key player in our mission to grow our recruitment network and client partnerships across Malta and Europe. This is more than just a job—it's your gateway to an international career in professional services.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Generating and qualifying new leads through cold and warm outreach.

Setting up meetings and introducing clients to Accelerate’s specialist recruitment services.

Progressing to managing the entire sales process —from initial contact to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.

Who You Are :

1+ year of experience in a KPI-driven sales role (SDR, BDR, telesales, or B2C / B2B roles)

Comfortable on the phone and experienced in outbound calling or cold outreach

Motivated by earning commission and building client relationships

Driven, resilient, and serious about long-term career growth

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Ready to relocate or already based in Malta (EU passport required)
