The ideal candidate for this role is a skilled Litigation Lawyer with extensive experience in handling complex legal disputes. They should possess a deep understanding of contract law, liabilities, indemnities, and the legal implications of breaches and unfulfillments.

Main Accountabilities :

• Deliver expert legal advice on contract interpretation, liabilities, indemnities, and breach consequences.
• Support the review of contracts and drafting of settlements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Analyze and assess the legal impact of contract breaches and unfulfillments.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare documents.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to resolve disputes.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather information and evidence.

Qualifications :

• Must be a practicing member of the Bar Association for at least 3-4 years.
