Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Lithuanian Speaking Support Specialist to join our Online Travel Agency team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for our Lithuanian-speaking clients, delivering outstanding service and assistance with their travel inquiries and bookings. Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer questions about travel options, resolving any issues, and guiding clients through our online booking platform. Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier support to Lithuanian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries concerning travel bookings, itineraries, and services.
  • Effectively resolve client issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Guide clients through our online booking platform and provide technical assistance when needed.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues as necessary.
  • Stay current with travel industry trends and company offerings to furnish clients with accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support or service-oriented roles, ideally within the travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on efficiently resolving inquiries.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using technology and navigating online booking systems.
