Overview

Our property portfolio is carefully curated to ensure we offer our clients the home of their dreams, whilst ensuring the properties meet our strict quality criteria and are valued correctly, considering all relevant factors. We are looking for a motivated, thoughtful and organized Listing and Valuation Executive to maintain our existing property portfolio whilst also ensuring it is regularly updated with the best possible properties; this person will also lead our valuation process. For this role, a solid understanding of the Marbella property market is key, and experience working in real estate in other areas is also welcome.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and be able to work efficiently as part of a small but effective team. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, knowledge of other languages is welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand our existing property portfolio, ensuring any additional home aligns with our strict quality criteria and expectations.
• Manage our property portfolio, ensuring our listings are updated and include all relevant information for our clients.
• Lead our property valuation process, including working with Management to ensure our process is best in class and meets our clients expectations.
• Build strong relationships with our clients and home owners, keeping Callum Swan Realty top of mind when properties are being brought to market.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure our property portfolio and listings meet requirements, working with them to update as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and solid understanding of the Marbella property market and its surrounding areas.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; other languages are an asset.
• Ability to work as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for real estate and an understanding of the luxury market is highly desirable.
