• Previous experience as a real estate agent, ideally with experience sourcing listings.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Positive, professional and trustworthy approach.

Responsabilidades

• Source and secure your own property listings.
• Develop relationships with homeowners and local contacts.
• Meet sellers, conduct valuations and present CasaVerano’s services.
• Follow up professionally and manage your pipeline.
• Work with qualified leads generated through CasaVerano’s marketing.
• Use our CRM and advanced sales systems, including AI-supported workflows.
• Work closely with our sales and marketing team.
