Une entreprise internationale de technologie, T-Systems Iberia, recherche un ingénieur système pour des projets d'infrastructure de télécommunications. Vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre, de l'analyse et de l'amélioration des systèmes de téléphonie VoIP, tout en collaborant avec des équipes distribuées et en bénéficiant de programmes de formation continue. Tribe Voice & Messaging is responsible for the design, development, planning, validation, and operation of all voice and messaging platforms within DT Technik’s fixed and mobile networks throughout their entire lifecycle. The TAS-GK (Telephony Application Server - Business Customers) environment provides a voice over IP platform for business and wholesale customers, including SIP-Trunk services.

Responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out changes of the highest quality on telephony network infrastructures
2. Implementing continuous improvement and deployment of specific system modules
3. Carrying out functional tests and deriving measures to ensure production stability, availability, and security
4. Performing error analysis and troubleshooting, providing reports
5. Preparing and administering project repositories within Magenta CI/CD

Required skills and experience:

• Solid knowledge of (Suse) Linux and networking
• Familiarity with backup and recovery concepts, monitoring tools, and performance analysis
• Understanding of real-time IT systems and IP-based telecommunication concepts
• Experience with non-cloud virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi
• Knowledge of ITIL Framework (IM, CM, PM)
• Experience in pre-deployment and post-deployment testing
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams using tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams
• Technical degree or vocational training in system engineering with relevant experience
• Good knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 protocols and security tools like firewalls
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab, pipelines
• Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Kibana
• Proactive team player willing to work in an agile environment
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
