Clue Technologies is seeking an IT Support (Linux) engineer to diagnose and resolve IT issues, install software, and train users. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems while maintaining a precise inventory and offering on-site or remote assistance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
• Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
• Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Bash or Shell.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
• Active Directory, LDAP and Kerberos knowledge.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to think critically.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and support cluers computer systems.
• Respond to IT support requests and diagnose issues.
• Diagnose software, networking, or hardware problems.
• Provide on-site or remote assistance and training.
• Repair hardware and software issues and maintain networks.
• Maintain inventory of technical equipment.
• Manage purchases and plan for future hardware needs.
• Liaise with IT service providers and track service quality.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Configure online services used by employees (e.g., Google apps).
