El candidato seleccionado trabajará en la automatización de tareas operativas y en el soporte de incidentes en un entorno de alta disponibilidad. Se requiere experiencia en herramientas como Terraform y Ansible, así como una mentalidad enfocada en la seguridad. Formación

• Responsabilidad E2E del entorno Cloud Linux de los clientes.
• Desarrollar y gestionar tareas operativas dentro de un equipo global.

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as:

Responsibilities / Activities :

1. Having E2E responsibility for the Linux Cloud landscape of our customers.
2. Developing and managing operational tasks within a global team with a focus on automation, reliability, maintainability, security, and customer satisfaction.
3. Utilizing CI / CD frameworks to support platform lifecycle management.
4. Acting as L2-L3 support for incidents, problems, and service requests.
5. Collaborating with various teams (including third-party) to resolve incidents and implement changes.
6. Implementing and driving automation and self-healing solutions to reduce toil.
7. Addressing reliability issues and risks by reducing error budgets.
8. Producing and maintaining internal designs and user documentation.
9. Supporting ITSM processes.

Job requirements :

1. Azure Associate certification or equivalent knowledge.
2. Linux (RHEL and/or SLES) and Ansible certification.
3. At least 5+ years of professional experience for seniors; 3+ years for mediors.
4. Experience with Terraform, Python, and Ansible Automation Platform is mandatory.
5. Experience with one of the following: Prometheus, Redhat IPA, OpenShift / Kubernetes, or other container solutions.
6. Security-minded in all activities.
7. Knowledge of CI / CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
9. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Eager to learn and adapt.
11. Understanding of Agile, SCRUM, or SRE concepts is a plus.
12. Willing to run standby duty.
13. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
