Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our shipboard culinary team. You will handle basic menu items, demonstrate advanced knife skills, and work across kitchen sections while adhering to company recipes and culinary terms.

The role requires a culinary degree, 4+ years in upscale hospitality or cruise environments, and strong communication and teamwork to deliver outstanding guest service under multicultural conditions.

Formación

• A minimum of 4 years in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or convention banqueting service.
• A culinary school degree is required.
• Strong management, communication and people skills are essential.
• Superior customer service, teambuilding and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of personalized service principles and guest satisfaction evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all basic food items for the menu requested by their supervisor.
• Must possess advanced knife handling skills.
• Must be able to work in any section of a kitchen.
• Must have good knowledge of culinary terms and recipes.
• Read, understand, follow, and prepare company recipes.
• Proficient in completing tasks efficiently and productively.
• Follow Public Health standards within their section for inspections.
• Maintain preparation area for US Public Health inspections and keep area clean.
• Report for duty on time; follow supervisor instructions and maintain appearance and hygiene.
