La Bottega in San Sebastián is seeking a passionate Line Cook with experience in Italian cuisine to join a dynamic kitchen team. You will prepare authentic Italian dishes, support daily service, and ensure consistency and quality across all plates.

The role is permanent and full-time, offering a friendly working environment and growth opportunities within Paulo Airaudo Group. EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen.
• Previous experience in Italian cuisine (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, informal kitchen environment.
• Strong team spirit and positive attitude.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain.

A day in the life

As a Line Cook at La Bottega, you'll be part of a dynamic kitchen team preparing authentic Italian dishes in a fast-paced, informal environment.You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth service, consistency and respect for traditional Italian flavours, from pasta and pizzas to daily specials.
